To book a vacation rental, select your desired property, dates, and number of guests, then proceed to checkout. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your arrival. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Upon booking confirmation, you'll receive detailed information about your rental, check-in procedures, and local contacts.
The nightly rate includes standard amenities as listed in the property description. Additional fees may include a cleaning fee, security deposit, and optional services such as airport transfers, private chef services, or guided tours. Some properties may also have a service fee. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.
Our vacation rentals typically include Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, linens and towels, basic toiletries, and access to property amenities such as pools or gardens. Many properties also offer additional features like air conditioning, outdoor spaces, BBQ facilities, and entertainment systems. Premium properties may include housekeeping services, private chefs, and concierge assistance. Each property listing details the specific amenities available.
Our standard cancellation policy offers a full refund if cancelled 60 days before arrival, a 50% refund if cancelled 30-59 days before arrival, and no refund for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. Some properties may have different policies, which will be clearly stated on the property listing. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
